What is the Builders’ Showcase?
The Builders’ Showcase is a semi-annual event hosted by the River Landing Custom Home Program. River Landing property owners with unimproved lots are invited. Its an opportunity for them to meet with CHP Builders and Allied Partners and to learn all they need to know to build their dream home in River Landing. Property Owners can tour previously built River Landing custom homes to help them visualize the possibilities of their dream home, learn from industry professionals, meet future neighbors, and much more!
Day 1
First thing’s first. The two-day event normally kicks off with an evening cocktail party with CHP Builders, Allied Partners, current River Landing residents, and a few of the Murphy family members. It’s a laid back event with drinks and hors d’oevures all while raising excitement and anticipation for what is to come.
Day 2
The main event. This day starts off bright and early with breakfast and a Building Industry Leader Panel Discussion. The panel is comprised of leading professionals in the industry, excited to share their expert advice and tips with the River Landing Property Owners. It’s an excellent opportunity for the property owners to get all their questions answered.
Next. The fun part – Home Tours. This is a time when current River Landing residents open their homes for the visiting Property Owners, allowing them to visualize how their dream home could look.
Once the first round of home tours are finished, we welcome everyone back for lunch and another panel discussion, followed by the second round of home tours.
Finally. We finish the event with cocktails, hors d’oeuvres and door prizes.
It’s a long, fulfilling 24-hours and what better way to get all your dream home building questions answered?
