Daily: 5:00am – 10:30pm

Pool

Monday: 7:00am – 8:00pm

Tuesday – Thursday: 5:30am – 8:00pm

Friday: 7:00am – 10:00pm

Saturday & Sunday: 5:30am – 8:00pm

Maintain an active lifestyle by taking advantage of our fully equipped fitness center and heated outdoor pool accessible year-round.

Whether you’re looking to tone up or bulk up, our fitness center has everything you need to get in shape and stay there. We have a wide range of equipment including treadmills, elliptical machines, and stationary bikes. 

If you’d rather focus on your core strength, try out one of our many group fitness classes—we have everything from our strength or core training classes to yoga or dance cardio! Our instructors are here to help as well, so don’t be afraid to ask for advice on which classes are best suited for your goals. 

We also offer personal training sessions if you’d prefer one-on-one attention from a professional who knows exactly what they’re doing when it comes to getting results fast!

And if all this sounds like too much work? You can always take a break from working out by heading outside where we have lounge chairs available to relax in or a heated outdoor pool to take a dip in, available all year long

Pickleball Playdays

Ladies

Thursdays – 9am

Mixed

Mondays – 10am and 3pm

Wednesdays, Fridays – 10am

Massage, Acupuncture, Personal Training

If you’re interested in one-on-one personal training, massage therapy, or acupuncture, please contact the service provider directly by using the phone numbers below. 

Pricing, schedules, and services will vary by provider.

Are you new to working out and need an orientation on the fitness equipment? Josh Denny is available by appointment to teach you how to properly use our fitness machines and get the most out of your workouts. Appointments can be made by contacting Josh at the phone number below.
