The Builder
Courtney St. Pierre, the Licensed General Contractor for River Landing Custom Home Builders, is a North Carolina native. Courtney’s passion for building emerged in 2007 as he and his wife, Alice were designing plans for their own home. Since then, he has obtained his Building Contractor’s License, become the General Contractor for River Landing Custom Home Builders, and today, he and his team have built more than 30 custom homes in Eastern, North Carolina!
