Wedding planning can be incredibly stressful. As we began organizing our wedding, we noticed that many of the venues we toured lacked space for our rehearsal, ceremony, reception, and guest accommodations all in one location. We had attended numerous weddings where guests faced long drives between the ceremony and the reception, so we were eager to find a more convenient option. Our experience at River Landing was nothing short of amazing.
The main aspect we loved about this venue was the ample space. Reflecting on our wedding weekend,
we are confident we made the perfect choice. We kicked off the weekend with a bridesmaid luncheon at
The Mad Boar while the groomsmen enjoyed a round of golf. Our rehearsal took place on the veranda deck,
followed by the rehearsal dinner in the River Room on the first floor of the clubhouse. We enjoyed a delicious
meal and excellent bar service as we welcomed our wedding parties together.
One of the highlights was how the wedding party appreciated being within walking distance of our
accommodations for the night. The bridesmaids rented the Cape Suite and Jasmine Suite on
the third floor of the clubhouse, which made getting ready on the big day so much easier.
Meanwhile, the groomsmen stayed in the cottages located right next to the clubhouse.
The ceremony space was spacious, allowing us to comfortably accommodate all our guests.
We received numerous compliments about the venue and the exceptional staff at River Landing. Meagan, in particular,
was outstanding—always available to address any questions or concerns throughout the planning process and
during the wedding weekend.
I wholeheartedly recommend River Landing to anyone
searching for a wedding venue!
