Since opening its first office in 1976, Intracoastal Realty has grown to include 14 total offices with over 400 agents and team members. One of those offices is the satellite location right here at River Landing. We are honored to have had members of Intracoastal’s Keith Beatty team in-house since early 2016, under the command of some of the areas most knowledgeable and talented real estate professionals. It is a new season though with new faces and renewed talent.
Long time Realtor® Keith Suttle has been in the front office since January 2016 as Broker-in-Charge, and has recently transitioned into a well-deserved retirement. We certainly wish Keith well as he settles into life in Pawleys Island, South Carolina. Rumor has it he is going to take his golf game more seriously and enjoy the rewards of a hard-working career. In his stead, Brandon Hendrickson will be stepping up as Broker-In-Charge and can be found in the office throughout the week. Prior to becoming a broker several years ago, Brandon built relationships with numerous River Landing members and residents through his early career on our golf staff.
Joining Brandon in the Intracoastal office is a familiar name in Lisa T. Fussell, who many may recognize from her tenure with Murphy Family Ventures and around the Wallace community. Lisa was born and raised in Warsaw, North Carolina, and knows what it means to work hard. Whether helping to plant or barning tobacco, Lisa is a true Carolina Country Girl. She was taught to work to make money, and did so in order to buy her own school clothes and her own first car. At the age of twelve she began working off the farm and ultimately went on to positions in business management and customer service. Lisa was General Manager of The Inn at River Landing in Wallace, from the day the doors opened until 2009, where she and her team won numerous awards – including five prestigious Torchbearer Awards. Lisa has a true passion for Wallace and River Landing, specifically. She enjoys meeting folks, understanding their personal needs, and matching them with the perfect home.
In addition, Lisa is an enthusiastic member of the community where she has been involved in the local Chamber of Commerce, Wallace Revitalization Association, Wallace Rotary, and others. She currently volunteers at the Blessings In Store thrift shop in historic downtown Wallace, as well as helping the local assisted living community director at Dayspring gather items for the elderly residents.
Lisa and her husband, Mike, live in Teachey. They have three daughters and seven grandchildren.
