In addition to serving, he also works on our River Landing Banquet Staff where he, again, provides great service with a smile.

Dierl is originally from Surigao del Sur, Philippines, which he described as an upbeat beach province with much to see including waterfalls and beaches; he even when so far as to say that Surigao del Sur has the best beaches. From there Dierl paved his way to Mindanao State University where he earned a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management. Back home, he is the oldest of 3 children to his mother and father, a government worker and an engineer respectively.

Dierl has been with us for 9 months now and is excited for the opportunities that are being opened up by gaining the versatile hospitality experience he’s gotten. After finishing his internship, he plans to open up a business of his own using the experience he’s worked so hard to gain.
