The CHP Manager is in constant contact with members of the CHP – the Builders and the Allied Partners, as well as the Property Owners.  Instead of creating unnecessary work for yourself in trying to find a builder, a lender, an architect, a designer, a landscaper, and all of the other building industry experts you may need, we have done the work in finding these industry leaders for you!

2. Register for a Builders’ Showcase

The Builders’ Showcase is yet another amazing resource you have as a River Landing Property Owner.  Twice each year, we invite our Property Owners to visit their future home for a Custom Home Retreat.  Here, you will be able to:

2. Meet with CHP Builders and Allied partners

3. Tour previously built homes
