Chef Ramsey says he loves working for Murphy Family Ventures because throughout his time working here, he has been able to expand his culinary prowess and sharpen his leadership skills all while delivering the members and guests exceptional service and memorable experiences.
Ben is particularly excited about some new and positive changes taking place in the dining room. "We have begun to offer more daily specials so there is always something new to try in the dining room." Fine Dining has also begun in the dining room on Wednesdays and Saturdays and he is excited to help provide this experience to Members.
Chef Ramsey encourages everyone to come to the Clubhouse - Prime Rib Nights are a favorite, as well as the ever changing nightly specials.
